We are proud to announce that we are holding a very special event, "Honoring Our Heroes", here at Triple LLL Truck Repair, Inc on July 25th. A rain date is scheduled for July 26th, but in the 133 events American Huey 369 has been a part of, none has ever been cancelled due to wheather. Since the event that we held in 2012 was such a success with having American Huey 369 here, and since it touched all of our hearts, we are pleased to host this event to honor our veterans, active duty personnel and especially those who have paid the ultimate price.
The Huey will be landing at 10:00am. American Huey 369 will have a booth set up for signing up for membership flights and to purchase merchandise. We will also have videos from American Huey 369 playing so that everyone can see exactly what all the organization does. Membership flights are $100.00 each and will begin around 12:00pm. Twenty membership flights will be given away to veterans and/or active duty personnel, thanks to all of our sponsors.
We will also be having a car show as well. Entry fee is $5.00 with dash plaques given to the first 50 participants. People's choice award plaques for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places will be announced at 3:00pm.
The drawing for the Henry Golden Boy 357 gun raffle will be held at 3:00pm as well and the winner does not need to be present to win. All proceeds from the ticket sales will go to the American Huey 369 organization. For ticket sales information, call 260-563-1946.
The Curb on Wheels and Wabash County Signal 10 BBQ will be selling food as well.
For any additional information or questions, please call Triple LLL Truck Repair, Inc.
We've added a few things to the list of things that will be happening at the event. There will be a silent auction with the proceeds going to American Huey 369. Not only will the Huey be here, but several other pieces of military equipment will now be on display as well. For those with little ones, we will also have a jump house for their entertainment.
Come help us "Honor Our Heroes"!
We have been amazed at how far they are out of alignment coming out of the factory.
